I have a question. You know how raw cashews are needed to make the gelato creamy, well what can be used as a substitute if someone was allergic to nuts?? Please respond ;D

looks great I will be making pumkin gelato and apple pie for thnks giving of course VEGAN
you can but you have to use whisk about every 15-20mins. and its not going to be as smooth as gelato but more like ice cream.
u can get a icecream/gelato machine for like $19 in target.

More easy:fresh soya yoghurt(1 day),vanilia,fruits.Blender, next in fridge.

It really depends on the strength of your blender. Some blenders do a better job than others making the nut milks.

Looks fairly easy to do and absolutely delicious. Could this be made as a chocolate or fruit flavoured gelato, I wonder? It does look very creamy when it’s being served on the crepe. Yummy!!!!!!
How do I get the recipe for this? I would love to make it and have purchased most of the ingredients mentioned but am not sure about quantities.
