@MEATY561 Its funny you say that about getting big and shredded.at my gym I see only cut real lean people or big bulky guys.you dont need meat , it takes energy from the body to break it down.enzymes are amino acids looke it up ,all raw foods have them.

Another reason to avoid the Vegan Diet is EFA deficiency, primarily DHA/EPA. Plant based Omega3 efa, known as Alpha Linolenic acid has to be converted for your body to use as DHA/EPA, this conversion rate in humans is very low, usually at a rate of 1-4%. Jesus, the saviour of the world ate fish, it should be ok for everyone else.
Raw is too compicated. Unless you want to spend hours (and lots of money) every week in search for fresh food. The prices they charge for BIO-Foods are ungodly.

@MEATY561 Yes you can, Protein is protein. If the human body consumes 140 grams a day with tofu other than meat, the weight gain would be the same.

@00rpc If u consume folic acid it converts to b12 bacteria. check out folic acid foods there are loads of vegies and fruits high in them
